Xbox 360 Spring Update
Microsoft officials have confirmed that the Spring Update will go live beginning on...today!
Microsoft is particularly highlighting Windows Live Messenger, which will connect people across Xbox 360 consoles, Windows PCs, and Windows Mobile devices. Xbox Live members will be able to socialize with people on their unified friends list, as well.
Other major features in the newly implemented Windows Live Messenger include chatting via instant messenger with up to 20 contacts in a single conversation; having up to six different conversations at the same time with people on PCs, mobile phones and other Xbox 360 consoles; instant messagin while playing games, listening to music, or watching movies or TV shows downloaded from Xbox Live Marketplace; viewing at a glance if friends on Windows Live Messenger have gamertags and add them to a unified friends list; utilizing the virtual keyboard on the Xbox 360 to text chat or connecting a USB keyboard to the consol .....

Smack Down WWE Stars on Xbox Live
Later this month, WWE stars Shelton Benjamin and Johnny Nitro are stepping into the ring to take on Xbox 360 fans on Live.
As part of the latest event in Microsoft's Game with Fame calendar, this is happening on April 23 between 1-3pm (GMT). The two WWE stars will be playing WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2007 versus gamers in a connected gaming session before they head off to an actual RAW event at Earls Court Arena, London, later in the day.
So if you have any interest in beating up on Benjamin and Nitro, email your name, age, nationality, and Gamertag to wwewrestlers@gamewithfame.net . Microsoft says that if you're selected to play, you will receive all the information you need to take part nearer the time of the event.

According to Microsoft, all games that appear on the Xbox 360 system will support high-definition resolutions up to 720p (progressive scan) and 1080i (interlace). Excellent.

Buying the Right HDTV for Xbox 360 Gaming
Consider the following:
- Go with LCD, DLP, or CRT HDTV technology if your Xbox 360 gaming will (or does) take place in a relatively bright room.
